Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing refunds.
- Certain items, such as personalized products or products marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- Package the item securely and include the return form provided by our customer service team.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Non-Refundable Items:

- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Downloadable software products
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
